Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Superflag (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Superflag provides feature flag management, remote configuration, and rollout tooling for software applications. The Service includes a web dashboard, REST API, and client SDKs.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including API keys. You must not share SDK secret keys (prefixed sdk_) in client-side code. Superflag is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised credentials.

4. Usage and Billing

Usage is metered by config sync requests per environment per month. The Free plan includes 25,000 requests/month/environment. Exceeding your plan's limits may result in throttled responses until the next billing cycle or an upgrade to a paid plan.

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it
  • Reverse-engineer any aspect of the Service beyond what is permitted by applicable law

6. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your flag configurations, app data, and any content you create through the Service. Superflag does not claim ownership of your data.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Superflag shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time, which will permanently remove all associated data.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
